Executive Director – Amy Gibbs

Amy is a native of Cadillac and loves living the Northern Michigan life. She and her husband have raised 4 wonderful children who have all flown the coop. They have 5 of the best grandchildren on earth and 3 fur babies.  Amy has always been very involved in the Cadillac area by serving on numerous boards and fundraisers.  She was a past owner of a successful local floral business and was an accountant at two firms in Cadillac. She is a current member of the Cadillac Rotary Club, serves on several boards and now has taken on her “God Job” as she likes to call it.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership, with a focus on Small Business Management.  She is our Executive Director at Cadillac Area Habitat for Humanity and is excited to make a difference in the lives we serve.

 

ReStore Manager – Ben Banks

Ben is also a Cadillac native and spends most of his free time with his family on the weekends. He is responsible for managing all phases of the Cadillac Area Habitat ReStore program and has positively changed the vibe in our ReStore.  He is involved with everything from team building to fundraising to fostering support with partners in the community, He manages the Cadillac Area Habitat ReStore operations, ensuring donors can quickly and easily arrange for drop-offs or pickups and he supports the marketing and community relations for the ReStore.

Fund Development Director – Flora Grundy

Flora is a lifelong resident of Osceola County and brings a wealth of information to our team. She has volunteered throughout Wexford and Osceola counties with multiple nonprofit organizations and is currently the Village President for the village of Marion. With the current housing market needs Cadillac Area Habitat for Humanity has determined that we need to build more homes and that takes funding, Flora will be tasked with that.

 

Home Repair Coordinator – Mike Tower

As Cadillac Area Habitat for Humanity’s Home Repair Coordinator, Mike Tower brings a deep-rooted passion for serving the community he has always called home. Born and raised in Osceola County, Mike spent 13 years building valuable professional experience outside the area while making every effort to stay connected to the region he loves. Today, he is excited to be back, helping local families remain safe, secure, and comfortable in their homes.
Mike’s dedication to service extends far beyond his role at Habitat. For nearly 20 years, he has proudly served as a volunteer firefighter, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to helping neighbors in times of need. His strong community ties, hands-on experience, and servant-hearted approach make him a valuable resource for homeowners throughout our service area.
When he’s not coordinating home repair projects or responding to emergency calls, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with friends, and making memories with family.

Administrative Assistant – Allie Gottschall

Allie is currently attending Calvin University to study social work and psychology. She is working here at Cadillac Area Habitat for Humanity this summer as an administrative assistant. Allie loves cats, enjoys playing volleyball, and dancing. Her favorite bible verse is Ecclesiastes 2:11 because it reminds her that no matter what she does, if it’s not done for God’s glory, it means nothing.
